What’s their reputation like?

Do they really provide the speeds as advertised?
There has been much furore in recent years in relation to broadband providers not providing customers with the speeds they advertise. Whilst some companies were certainly delivering well below what they said they were going to, it’s a fact of internet life that you won’t always have internet that runs at top speeds.
